Weir

Gerard is responsible for lobbying state and federal legislators, engaging in state regulatory proceedings, overseeing legislative and regulatory tracking and analysis, liaising with state agencies and industry associations, and providing strategic insight into new markets. With a background in state government, Gerard brings expertise in energy policy, politics, and the legislative process. Prior to RIC Energy, Gerard worked for the New York State Assembly and the Delaware House of Representatives.

Gerard holds a Master in International Relations and Public Policy and an Master in Public Administration from the University of Delaware.
