Wenhao is an associate on the M&A and Capital Markets team at RIC Energy, where he supports the origination, execution, and management of project sales, acquisitions, and financing transactions across the company’s U.S. renewable and energy storage portfolio. Prior to joining RIC Energy, Wenhao worked on principal investments at Generate Capital and Hudson Sustainable Group completing over $500 million of transactions across digital infrastructure, renewable energy, and infrastructure-as-a-service sectors in North America and the Middle East.

Wenhao holds a Master of Public Administration in International Energy Policy and Financial Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Sustainability Management from Emory University.
