Conrad manages development of community solar and battery energy storage projects in the Mid-Atlantic region at RIC Energy. He is responsible for stewarding projects through use permitting and site plan approval. Conrad joined the renewables industry in 2018 and has worked for several developers including Standard Solar and Prospect14.

Conrad received a bachelor's degree from Amherst College and participated in the inaugural Financing and Deploying Clean Energy certificate program at Yale University.
