Ross manages site acquisition activities with property owners by providing them with an overview of RIC Enery’s solar and battery energy projects, guiding them through the process from site selection and site control. With a strong background in commercial real estate and development, Ross brings expertise in negotiations, site selection, due diligence and permitting activities, and overall real estate management.

Prior to working at RIC Energy, Ross worked with several national retail, fuel and convenience companies, providing real estate and development expertise that contributed to company  growth. Ross is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York and holds a bachelor's degree from Ithaca College.
