Dom manages office operations and facilities management at RIC Energy. Dom is responsible for ensuring a functional, welcoming workspace while overseeing vendor relationships, inventory, and compliance with safety standards. Prior to RIC Energy, Dom gained experience in event planning and administrative coordination, which supports his role in employee engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Dom holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Clark Atlanta University.
