Will manages the raising of third-party capital solutions and mergers and acquisitions activity. Prior to working at RIC Energy, he led the capital markets efforts for Nautilus Solar Energy and Safari Energy, raising over $750 million in tax equity and debt commitments.

Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Tulane University.
