Sammy manages the Project Feasibility team at RIC Energy, which is responsible for de-risking portfolios of originated solar and battery energy storage projects before they enter full-scale development. This process involves assessing the feasibility of each project within our portfolio based largely on permitting, interconnection, and environmental constraints.
Prior to this position, Sammy worked in distributed-scale solar project development for five years at EDP Renewables Distributed Generation (formerly C2 Energy Capital) and Safari Energy (now Aspen Power). Sammy holds dual degrees in Global Environments & Sustainability and Global English Literature & Culture from the University of Virginia.
